As a Maryland native I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I understand the market, the players, and all the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want to make sure that you feel supported and have a trusted advisor by your side. I bring 19 years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. Prior to entering real estate I held a 20+ year career in the Architecture and Interior Design field. This background has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate. It gives me a unique perspective particularly on getting a property ready for the market, staging and effectively marketing a listing. I have spent my entire real estate career with one brokerage, Taylor Properties & Anne Arundel Properties. Our brokerage is the largest independent brokerage in the State of Maryland and the third largest overall which has earned us a seat on the Maryland Association of Realtors. I am pleased to have been recognized as a top producer in our company. I have also earned a membership in the Chesapeake Real Producers which is the top producing agents in three

counties. I'm proud to be a mentor at the brokerage and have trained several Real Estate Agents to embrace real estate as a full-time career. Most important to me is providing excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.
